Grove Chambers Services offers a specialised service for those who may be seeking to acquire investment property in the South Hampshire area, or require the management and maintenance of an existing portfolio.

We are in regular contact with many of the local estate agents and auctioneers, so we can identify and pass on the select properties which suit your criteria. Our experience is hands on purchase (through agents and at auction), renovation, letting and resale.

Having worked with property investors in refurbishing and maintaining property in the area, we have a network of qualified and approved builders, plasterers, decorators, plumbers, gas fitters, electricians and gardeners whom we can readily call on to solve your immediate problems.

Finally, we already deal with tenancy agreements, gas safety certificates, PAT testing, rent collection, inventory check-in and check-out etc.

What is different about Grove Chambers

Unlike so many other service providers, our service is aligned with our customers’ interests. We do so by charging a retainer for the property finder service so that neither you nor we feel under pressure to make a purchase.

Second, our charges for maintenance and refurbishment are a flat 15% fee over cost. As we are bulk buyers of these services, we can command a lower price than is typically available, so you may find we are able to provide the service at similar prices to those which you may have to pay for independently, but without the hassle of oversight and chasing up.
